Designed with the beginner in mind this programme will set you on the right track to success, with 4 days per week of appropriately dosed training for someone in your position.
Spend your first week with an experienced coach learning how to perform the movements, read programming, and understand load management.
You will continue to have guidance and have all your questions answered for the whole 12 weeks. You'll then be ready to choose your path and do it your way.
