About The Platform
The Platform was designed and built to be a weights room so well equipped that it can work for everyone, #strongisthenewskinny. We also cater to powerlifters and weightlifters.
There is a range of programmes here on the website for people to follow including the 12-week how to train programme if you are new to training. Personal training is also available, including coaching for both powerlifters and weightlifters if you would like it. We have the pleasure of having a dietician on board if need be.
With plenty of weight, chalk and good music The Platform is not your typical gym, come and see for yourself at 147 Cuba street.
